Update re Change of Name
Further to the announcement of the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting
held today, Nanoscience wishes to advise that trading of shares under the
Company's new name, Toumaz Holdings Limited (`Toumaz Holdings'), will not
commence at 08.00 on 29 September 2008 as expected. Trading in the Group's
shares under the name of Toumaz Holdings (EPIC: TMZ.L) will be delayed, pending
receipt of re-registration documents from the Cayman Islands registry of
companies, which is expected imminently. A further announcement will be made in
due course.
