Toumaz Ltd (formerly Toumaz Holdings Ltd) is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands and shareholder rights may therefore differ from the rights of shareholders in a company incorporated in England and Wales. The Company's shares are traded solely on the London Stock Exchange's AIM.
